Adds an IAIP outreach preparation surface for the Nicolas Renaud / Concordia First Peoples Studies packet, and now carries the actual correspondence the work was preparing.
The PR turns the curated foundations material into an app-facing field kit: communication patterns, cautions, audience framing, ready-to-send emails, program-path comparison, resources, audit checklist, source/provenance panel, and lineage affordances.
Update — 2026-06-02: emails, paths & resources surfaced; voice re-anchored#
Following the June 2 meeting with Élise (verbatim in #225), the surface now leads with the deliverables a reader actually needs to act, not just the research around them. Commit 76ccef2.
App surface (app/outreach/n-renaud-concordia/page.tsx)
- Two copy-ready email drafts replace the single AI-framed template:
- → Nicolas Renaud — route-finding, anchored on community cinema autonomy.
- → FAS Graduate Programs — the INDI / HUMA inquiry (Élise's colleague).
- Re-anchored voice: moved off "decolonized AI generative systems" (the tech-pitch the page's own cautions warn against) onto the genuine hook — helping Indigenous communities become autonomous in making their own films, grounded in a VFX/cinema background and fire-keeping / Innu relations.

Pathstab: Land-Based micro · BA · INDI · HUMA, with verified credit cautions (public pages list 12-credit micro and 45-credit BA; #225 paraphrases differ — flagged to verify). - New
Resourcestab: Élise's three links + the verified INDI program page. - Accuracy fix: corrected his title to Program Director, First Peoples Studies (was "Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema") on both the index and detail pages.
- Tabs reordered to lead with action (Emails · Paths · Resources) before research (Patterns · Cautions · Framing); copy handler generalized for multiple drafts.

Relational framing requirements#
This page should remain careful about Indigenous studies / outreach language:
- lead with recognition and shared terrain, not a pitch;
- invite thinking before asking for partnership;
- avoid extractive language around students, frameworks, or institutional access;
- keep OCAP®, Etuaptmumk / Two-Eyed Seeing, and visual sovereignty visibly attributed;
- present technology as serving relational knowledge and creative practice, not as the primary claim.

Verification#
Docs/artifact + app-copy work; git diff --check passes. App type/lint noise in CI is environmental (node_modules not installed in this workspace → React/Next types unresolved); the changed outreach files are structurally balanced (6 tabs ↔ 6 panels, no stale identifiers) and should be reviewed in the running app before merge.
