Inquiry — adequate, distributed visualization skills for agents

Born 2026-08-03 inside episode 305 (the factory says its name and the seat holds the door), from William's live correction of the seat's first published ledger.

What happened (current reality, measured)

The asterion seat published its day ledger (https://claude.ai/code/artifact/0063fa9b-0ddb-440b-9a2e-8259c1fc8e10) using only the generic built-in artifact-design guidance. In the viewer's dark theme the component tokens flipped while the page ground stayed light — the artifact wrapper's reset paints body, the page had set background on html only. Result: near-black code chips and a near-black panel on a white ground, text unreadable. William's screenshot (Screenshot_20260803_094504.png) caught it; repaired and republished the same hour (version label contrast-repair-both-grounds).
The only visualization skill in the shared ecosystem is foundation-visualization (~/.agents/skills/), scoped to foundations packets — not ledgers, charts, or machines.
The same day, six system skills authored under /etc/claude-code/skills/ and symlinked into ~/.claude/skills/ went live in two already-running sessions — the symlink distribution mechanism is proven on our hosts.

What is asked, and of whom

An upstream contribution to Gerico1007/dotagents: a visualization skill family agents can load — theme-aware artifact pages (both grounds designed, data-theme overrides, ground on html AND body), session ledgers/timelines, structural-tension chart renders, state-machine/wheel renders, chronicle timelines — with the symlink-install notion made first-class: canonical home in .agents/skills/, runtime links in .claude/skills/ (relative inside a repo, absolute across trees), so agents install by linking, and forks (jgwill/dotagents → /home/mia/.agents) carry the family to every host. Distribution through our own services (npm @miadi/*, the Miadi portal, coaiajs-plugin-style marketplace) so the skills travel the way Jerry's TTS assets do.

The pending placeholder stands: /home/mia/.claude/skills/visualization → /home/mia/.agents/skills/visualization (stub SKILL.md marks it PENDING UPSTREAM).
