Why this belongs with episode 011

The Simplenote narrative anchor names the May 11 seed: Tushell opens the Portal of Knowledge and Miadi arranges it into a House of Orchestration with direction, source ledger, charter, plugin recommendation, and future return path.

The July 26 artifact tests that seed against running infrastructure. It confirms that the forward route into a living pane exists, but the return path currently ends after stc:triage:* memory is written. There is no reader.
